It's been a long time since I last drew, mainly because AI drawing has become more and more powerful this year. I thought about drawing for a week, but there was no profit. The AI can generate hundreds of images better than mine in seconds, so I didn't feel like drawing anymore.
Fortunately, I recently had a change of heart and decided to pick up my paintbrush again. Tools are constantly improving, and those who use tools cannot be left behind. As Lao Gao said, if a new thing appears and you don't accept it, you will directly enter the failure group. In order not to be a member of the failure group, I will continue to make use of it and create my own works. After all, no matter how powerful AI is, it belongs to someone else. Enjoying the process is the key. So let's continue to update, and when the drawings are completed, I will also share them on Xlog, probably.
Retro Plan
This is a recent idea that I suddenly had, or you can call it a new plan and direction for my own video and content creation. Maybe it's because of my age, I'm starting to like old things more and more, old cameras, old TV shows, nostalgic music, cassette tapes, CD players, even old advertisements from the past. That feeling is magical. When you hear or see them, you feel like you can go back to that era just by closing your eyes, like a spiritual time travel.
Recently, I have watched many videos made by bloggers, and I feel that everyone is exceptionally homogeneous, but in the end, they all want to express the same content and purpose. So I thought, instead of following everyone else, focusing on parameters and hardware, why not take a reverse approach? Use existing tools, old ideas, and techniques to present new ideas and record new life. This is also a good idea. So recently, I have created a lot of retro-related content.

Blender
This year, my biggest benefit actually comes from Blender. Most of my work is done with the help of Blender. It renders fast and the results are good. For less demanding projects and videos, I use Eevee for rendering, and for more sophisticated ones with sufficient production time, I use Cycles. The parameters are simple, and it produces good results.
Blender, such a powerful software, is open source. So in the future, I will share some of my experiences and tips for using Blender. The videos will be uploaded on YouTube and linked here, and I will also publish text tutorials and my own notes. (Setting a goal in advance)
